I've pre-typed these in a clan forum :P

Global Agenda, TPS/MMO, (3½/5)
A friend of mine introduced me to this game when it first came out in Feb 2010, but at that time there was no trials and neither of us wanted to shell out 40-50 bucks on a game that we didn't know about lol.
After the trial came out I was blown away. I didn't exactly believe it the first time someone mentioned an "MMO" being "Skill Based" and not "Gear Based". And for the most part it is. I was killing level 50s at level 15.
There are 4 classes you can play; Assault, Medic, Recon, and Robotics.

*CLASS BREAK DOWN
» Assault; Basically take damage, get healed. But unlike most MMO's Assaults can actually deal alot of damage while tanking. So they're basically meat shields that can dish out a lot of damage at the same time.
» Medic; Durer healing class. Shoot your teammates to heal them, along with various cool down devices, but if you don't want to heal, you can go "Poison", which deals deadly damage over time effects. But just like every healing class that goes into damage ... no one will like you lol.
» Recon; OMG STEALTH! Yah, that brings a sh*t ton of no nothings noobs to play this class. There are VERY few recons on this game that are good players. But those who are good at recons, play a big role with various ways of crowd control. Whether it's using your sniper gun from afar or stealth up and using your area of effect bombs near the center point of their team. Or you could even go melee ... but don't melee, it's pretty much worthless lol.
» Robotics; Defense or somewhat of an Offensive defense (if that makes any sense), but definitely a support class. Robotics are able to build turrets an healing station, along with force fields to protect their team/turrets. But on the other side of robotics is called "Drones". Drones are these little robots that hit HELLA hard, but only last for 10 seconds. I know it does sound very long, but imagine this little drone hitting you for a good amount of damage, with the player hitting you, and all of his team hitting you as well- now imagine if that little drone can see stealth or slow your movement speed WAY down or even shoot missiles at you ... BECAUSE THEY DO.

My main complaint about this game is the seemingly lack of content, but they're coming out with the 1.3 patch very soon. The reason for the lack of content in my opinion, is because they released too early. But the upcoming patch notes for 1.3 is adding a sh*t ton more to do.
Another complain is are some of the highly experienced alliances that do actually have a massive advantage in the Conquest Mode (aka AvA). They've won zones and as reward for winning, they've received awesome equipment on a ridiculous scale -_-"
So turns out the "Skill Base" idea only goes so far. Unless Hi-Rez decides to balance this sort of thing out, I honestly think their game will quickly become a flop and obsolete once All Points Bulletin(APB) is released ... which I hope is very soon lol.

All in all, I give GA a 3½ out of 5 for being refreshingly original, but not any higher than that since their idea of being a "Skill Based" game still needs a lot on re-balancing.

There is an optional monthly fee, but they're giving away the next 30 days after 1.3 comes out for free, so people can try out the patch. So I assume by them doing this, their pretty confident that the new content in the patch will be very worth the wait.
The monthly fee grants you access to Conquest Mode (AvA).
Along with a free trial that limits you to only be able to go to level 15, and a money cap of 100k.

Here's a video you can slip through if you want. It shows actual game play of each class. I think it was recorded pre-release though.
